Returns & Refund Policy: The Dozmod 30-Night Trial
We designed the Dozmod weighted eye mask to be the ultimate physical "off-switch" for a racing mind. We are so confident in the quality and effectiveness of our product that we offer a 30-Night Risk-Free Trial.
If you don't fall into the deepest, most restorative sleep of your life, we will gladly offer a full refund.
Please read the guidelines below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
1. The 30-Night Trial Window
Your 30-night trial begins on the exact day your tracking number shows the package was delivered to your address. You have 30 full days from that date to test your Dozmod, sleep with it, and experience the benefits.
To be eligible for a refund, your return request must be submitted to our team within this 30-day window.
2. Condition of the Return
Because we encourage you to actually use the mask during your trial, we do not expect it to be perfectly unused. However, to prevent abuse of our guarantee, the following rules apply:
- The mask must be returned in good, sanitary condition (no rips, tears, missing beads, or malicious damage).
- You must include all original packaging, including the Dozmod branded box.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Because we offer free outbound shipping on all standard UK orders, we do not cover the postage cost to send items back to our Bristol warehouse. We highly recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in the mail during transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send your item back to the warehouse without contacting us first, as it will not be processed.
- Email our support team at info@dozmod.com with your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.
- Let us know why it wasn't a fit for you (your feedback helps us improve!).
- Our team will authorize the return and provide you with the exact Bristol warehouse address.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our UK facility, we will send you an email to notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 working days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Dozmod mask arrives damaged or defective out of the box, this falls outside of the 30-night trial. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect, and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at zero cost to you.
