The mask weighs 250g (9 ounces), filled with gravity plastic beads that are carefully balanced—not too light, not too heavy—just the right weight for calming comfort.
Absolutely. This mask is designed with two wearing modes: you can simply rest it over your eyes while lying down, or secure it around the back of your head for a snug fit. Even if it shifts during deep sleep, it remains comfortable and won’t disturb your rest.
