Unlike many online brands, we do not ship from overseas. Every Dozmod mask is securely stored, packed, and dispatched directly from our UK fulfillment centre in Bristol. This means no hidden customs fees, no month-long waits, and reliable tracking from our door to yours.

1. UK Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom to ensure the fastest, most reliable service for our core customers.

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked (2–3 Working Days): FREE
  • Royal Mail Express Tracked (1–2 Working Days): £2.99

2. Dispatch Times & Cut-Offs

We know you are eager to activate your Doze Mode.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the exact same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the very next working day.
  • Once your order leaves our Bristol warehouse, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its journey.

3. Ensure Your Address is Correct

Please double-check your shipping address and postcode at checkout (especially if using autofill methods like Apple Pay or Shop Pay) to ensure there are no delays in getting your Dozmod to you.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

While Royal Mail is highly reliable, occasional network delays happen. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
If your package is significantly delayed, please allow up to 7 working days past the expected delivery date. If Royal Mail officially classifies the package as lost after this buffer period, we will immediately dispatch a brand-new Dozmod to you at zero cost.
